-I think it will be nice for the eyes if you blur the light blue, or just add some grayish blue on the middle of the blue shine.
-Higher the eyes little bit above the nose line.
-The face skin need more soft shades.
-I like the hair, but add hair stocks and more detail on upper hair.
-I love the dress by the way, but you seem to add a lot of shade and you need to make whiter.
-The body look tiny so just make it wider little.
